I made an old fashioned pistachio cake (which isn’t really a cake at all, but that’s a different subject.. lol) for St. Patrick’s Day.  I’ve never made this recipe before, so I hope it tastes good.  I figure, how can you go wrong with pistachio pudding and cool-whip?   I guess we’ll find out today when we go to my in-laws for our corned beef dinner!  ;)
